On-Site Service Calls
Hourly Rate............................$100.00 Per Hour (min. 4 hours).
Port to Port Rate....................$800.00. We charge a fixed 8 hours travel time (4 hours each way).
Altronics travel costs are billed at actual cost (net). It is our policy to minimize travel costs as possible. Standard travel costs include coach class airfare, rental car, hotel, telephone, mileage, and meals.
Other On-Site Rates
Overtime & Weekend..............$150.00 Per hour (overtime is anything over 8 hours).
Software Support.....................$135.00 Per hour.
